What Emotions is about
Carlos is working on the big deal that could save Greenhouse, the company where he works. At the same time, he has to cope with pressure from senior staff, mistakes made by his own team and the tactics of the competition. The result is a whirlwind of emotions that puts the whole deal at risk.
So Carlos turns to his Aunt María, an experienced coach. With her, he learns to identify what he is feeling, discover the function of each emotion and regulate it so it works in his favor.
You go through it by his side: you learn to recognize the six basic emotions and their derived emotions, in yourself and in others, and you practice a five-step method to regulate their intensity and duration in everyday situations. Will Carlos close the deal and save Greenhouse?
