Artesolar's challenge
Artesolar wanted the best skills and knew the world is moving towards technology and social media. It needed to innovate in training.
It was looking for a game where staff would learn without realising they were learning.
- Innovate in staff training.
- Learn without feeling the effort.
- Make sure learning gets applied.
The solution
The team reviewed all the training on the market and other video games. What tipped the balance was Game Strategies' client portfolio.
They ran a first round in May, with departments such as customer service playing courses like Triskelion, and followed up with a second.

In their own words
We wanted a game where they'd learn, but without realising they were learning.
Many were already practising what they saw in the game and telling colleagues who had turned the training down, who then said: I've missed out.
One colleague told me he'd shown it to his wife and children.
The results
Participants loved the format and learned a lot. Many were already applying at work what they practised in the game.
Colleagues who had turned the training down regretted it after hearing the others. One even taught it to his wife and children.
