Angelini Farmacéutica's challenge
For Angelini, training isn't just training: it's about engagement, retaining people and meeting their needs.
The challenge was getting everyone on board, including people who had never played a video game and initially saw it as something for their kids.
- Overcome the hesitation of people who had never played.
- Give each group training on the topics it needs.
- Find a long-term training partner.
The solution
Angelini started with two video games from the Game Strategies catalogue, each focused on what one group needed: the sales network and office staff. They later swapped them, and the sales network asked for more.
Each person is the protagonist and progresses at their own pace. At the end they get a PDF with the content, which many people appreciate.

In their own words
At first there was some hesitation. Then, once they start playing, they say: wow, this is actually fun.
It's no longer just about training: it's about engagement, retaining people and meeting their needs. For what it costs, the return is much greater.
Being the protagonist and being able to develop yourself at your own pace is really important.
The results
The initial hesitation disappeared as soon as people started playing. Feedback talks about a more enjoyable way to learn and content that really sinks in.
Today staff have jumped in and are looking forward to the next video games. For Angelini, the return far outweighs the cost.
