Suez's challenge
Training at Suez was almost exclusively classroom-based, and that was no longer possible. The Learning Lab had to evolve its practices.
It wanted more innovative, playful formats to give learners back the desire to learn, plus an efficient, simple back office to manage enrolments.
- Move away from mostly classroom training.
- Bring back the desire to learn.
- Have simple administration.
The solution
Suez chose Triskelion, Game Strategies' time management video game, with a holistic approach to time management that applies to any job.
The leaderboard became a weekly motivator: participants enjoyed seeing their progress. And the support team always responded straight away.

In their own words
Until now we were almost exclusively doing classroom training, and that's no longer possible.
We needed to offer our learners more innovative, more playful formats, to give them back the desire to learn.
It's funny, it's fun: it's a change from what we usually experience in training.
The results
Participants finished the game, completed the assessment and recommended it. They describe it as fun and different from the usual training.
The most common feedback: what you learn about time management in Triskelion applies to everyday work.
