SKEMA's challenge
SKEMA's classic training plan was running out of steam, and the school was looking for innovative solutions to refresh it.
The challenge was to reach very different profiles, from faculty to admin staff, spread across several campuses, without imposing training days on them.
- Refresh a training plan that was losing steam.
- Bring together very different profiles across campuses.
- Train without imposing fixed days.
The solution
SKEMA chose Game Strategies serious games. At first staff were a little puzzled, but the experience turned out very positive.
For the first time, the school had faculty and admin staff from every campus compete with each other, which is rare in its training. After a short learning curve, everyone was won over by the flexibility: each person logs in whenever they like.

In their own words
We were looking for innovative solutions because our classic training plan was starting to run out of steam.
Both faculty and admin staff were interested, on every campus. We were able to have very different profiles within the school compete, which is quite rare.
It turned out to be addictive: some people finished playing at home in the evening because they wanted to complete their challenge.
The results
The training turned out to be addictive: some people finished playing at home in the evening to complete their challenge. Many were also surprised by the quality of the course content.
Communication around this first trial paid off: requests came in to continue, and SKEMA wants to keep offering this kind of training.
