What The Airport is about

Larastad Airport wants to host the International Smart Cities Expo, and the job of transforming it lands on Nina, its Project Manager. It's the biggest challenge of her career, with no room for emergency landings.

Luckily, she isn't flying solo. Alenka, a mentor she never saw coming, shows her that the project's success hinges on how the team communicates: on building a feedback culture with the SBI model, through clear, bold and emotionally safe conversations.

You travel alongside Nina and train the same skills in the game's simulators: you prepare sessions, decide when, who and how to ask for feedback, take it without getting defensive and give it using the SBI model. Because good leadership can be the difference between staying grounded and making history.
