What Inclusión is about

The Maltese government wants to roll out a more inclusive model, but knows that deciding isn't enough: people need to understand and accept it. The job falls to Rianne Galea, with help from expert Kaiden Zammit.

Together they must investigate the biases, prejudices and stereotypes still around, advise the government and gather the tools to dismantle them. You join the investigation, and you'll also have to look inward: which of your own blind spots stand in the way of full inclusion?

You practice in the game's simulators, in a safe, stress-free environment, and get feedback with areas for improvement. This is diversity and inclusion training that carries straight into your team's daily work and your wider inclusion initiatives.

FAQ

How long is Inclusion?

About 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's an online game: all you need is a device with an internet connection.

What's the difference between diversity and inclusion training?

Diversity training focuses on recognizing and valuing the range of people in a team; inclusion training, on making sure everyone can take part and feel valued. Inclusion covers the second: the biases, prejudices and stereotypes that get in the way. For diversity itself, check out Plural.

What are unconscious biases?

Mental shortcuts that lead us to judge people without realizing it. In Inclusion, you learn to identify and manage them so they don't creep into your everyday decisions.
