The main GoodHabitz alternatives in 2027 are Game Strategies, isEazy Skills, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business, Coursera for Business, Skillsoft and Go1. The right one depends on what you feel is missing: if you want employees to practise soft skills in training simulations rather than watch content, look at Game Strategies; for technical topics, Udemy Business; for university-backed certificates, Coursera; for sheer breadth, LinkedIn Learning or Go1.

This guide explains exactly what GoodHabitz offers (using its own website), who it suits, when it makes sense to look elsewhere and how the alternatives compare. In the interest of transparency: Game Strategies is our company and it appears first. That is also why we tell you where we are not the right fit.

What is GoodHabitz?

GoodHabitz is a Dutch company, founded in 2011, that sells an online library of human and digital skills training for the whole workforce. According to its website, it serves more than 2,600 clients and over 7 million users across 10 countries, and the tech investor Prosus has held a majority stake since 2021.

SecurityISO 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019 and GDPR

In short: a broad, multilingual library of online courses with unlimited access for everyone at a fixed price. It is a solid, well-packaged offer.

Who GoodHabitz is a good fit for

  • You want open access for the whole workforce and let people choose what to learn from a wide range of personal and professional development topics.
  • Your teams are spread across many countries and you need more languages than most catalogues offer.
  • You prefer a fixed price that does not grow with every course or active user.
  • Wellbeing is a priority (stress, sleep, burnout), which is one of the pillars of its library.

When to look at GoodHabitz alternatives

  • You need people to practise, not just learn. Negotiating, giving feedback or handling conflict are learned by making decisions and seeing the consequences. If behaviour change is the goal, compare simulation formats.
  • Sales is your priority. For rehearsing discovery calls, objections or demos about your own product, AI role play fits better than a generic course.
  • You need technical or academic content. Programming, specific tools or university-backed programmes are better covered by other libraries.
  • You only need to train one group. GoodHabitz does not sell individual courses, so if your plan is a programme for 40 managers, compare how each provider licenses its content.
  • You train in Spain. If you want to fund training through FUNDAE credits, ask each provider how they handle it. It is not mentioned on the GoodHabitz product and pricing pages we reviewed.

The best GoodHabitz alternatives in 2027

1. Game Strategies

A catalogue of 70+ training simulations for soft skills, sales and compliance, built as video games. Instead of watching a video about negotiation, your team closes a multi-round deal, makes decisions and gets feedback on what they did. Behind it is the experience of Gamelearn: more than 5,000 clients over 20 years.

  • Languages: up to 20.
  • Access: from our campus, from your LMS (through integration or hybrid SCORM), with single sign-on or via a QR code, on desktop, tablet or mobile.
  • Reporting: an Admin module with indicators based on the Kirkpatrick model, and a certificate when each course is completed.
  • Support: a Customer Success Manager on every project.
  • Also: AI Role Play for sales, with feedback at the end of each conversation, and gamified onboarding adapted with your own content.
  • Compared with GoodHabitz: fewer topics and fewer languages, but every course is a simulation where people practise. For a feel of the format, see Merchants (negotiation) or Pacific (leadership).
  • Bear in mind that we do not build custom courses: the usual starting point is a demo built around your case. If you want a library of hundreds of topics for people to browse, GoodHabitz or LinkedIn Learning will give you more breadth.

2. isEazy Skills

The course catalogue of isEazy, a Spanish company that also sells an authoring tool and an LMS.

  • A good fit if you already use other isEazy products, or want to create your own courses and buy the catalogue from the same vendor.
  • Bear in mind that it is worth reviewing the catalogue topic by topic against your needs, as you would with GoodHabitz.

3. LinkedIn Learning

A very large library of video courses, from leadership to coding, linked to each learner's LinkedIn profile.

  • A good fit if you want open access to a wide range of business and technology topics.
  • Bear in mind that video on its own rarely holds attention: measure completion during the pilot.

4. Udemy Business

A curated selection of courses from the Udemy marketplace, strongest in technology and digital skills.

  • A good fit if your technical teams need to keep up with specific tools.
  • Bear in mind that quality and style vary from one instructor to another.

5. Coursera for Business

Courses and programmes from universities and companies, with certificates.

  • A good fit if you want longer, academically backed learning paths for specific roles.
  • Bear in mind that they take time: they are not designed for the whole workforce.

6. Skillsoft

One of the longest-standing corporate catalogues, with plenty of leadership, technology and compliance content, delivered through its Percipio platform.

  • A good fit if you are a large organisation looking for a broad, standardised catalogue.
  • Bear in mind that its strength is in English: check how much is available in the other languages you need.

7. Go1

An aggregator: one subscription that brings together courses from many content providers.

  • A good fit if you want maximum topic variety under a single contract.
  • Bear in mind that, because it comes from many producers, style and quality are not uniform.

How to choose a GoodHabitz alternative in 5 steps

  1. Write down what is not working. "People don't finish courses", "managers don't apply what they learn" and "we need technical training" lead to different providers.
  2. Decide between breadth and depth. A huge library to browse and a leadership programme that changes behaviour are different purchases. You may need both.
  3. Test with your own people. GoodHabitz offers a 14-day trial; others, like us, work with a demo and a pilot. Either way, pick two or three courses on the topics that matter to you and measure how many people finish and what they say they would apply.
  4. Check languages, access and reporting. The course should exist in each team's language, work in your LMS with single sign-on, and report more than completions (the Kirkpatrick model is a good guide).
  5. Work out the real cost. Compare a flat rate with per-user licences based on how many people will genuinely use the content, and ask what is included: onboarding, integrations, reporting and support.

Frequently asked questions

What is GoodHabitz?

GoodHabitz is a Dutch company, founded in 2011, that offers an online training library in human and digital skills (leadership, teamwork, wellbeing and digital skills) in four formats: courses, lessons, assessments and activities. It can be used through its own platform and app or integrated into a company's LMS.

How much does GoodHabitz cost?

GoodHabitz does not publish its prices. According to its pricing page, it offers a custom flat rate based on the size and needs of the organisation, with full library access for every employee and all admin features included. It does not charge per user or per course and does not sell individual courses. You need to request a quote to get a figure.

What is the best alternative to GoodHabitz?

It depends on what you need. For practising skills such as negotiation or leadership, Game Strategies. For a broad business and technology library, LinkedIn Learning. For technical training, Udemy Business. For university-backed certificates, Coursera for Business.

Can you customise GoodHabitz courses?

According to its own website, standard content is delivered as-is and cannot be edited, although you can combine its activities into your own learning paths in your LMS. For internal training it has a separate product, GoodHabitz Experts. Game Strategies does not build custom courses either; what we adapt to your company is onboarding (with your content) and AI Role Play scenarios.

Does GoodHabitz integrate with an LMS?

Yes. GoodHabitz advertises more than 50 LMS and LXP integrations via LTI or remote SCORM, plus single sign-on. Game Strategies courses also run from your LMS, through integration or hybrid SCORM.

Is there a GoodHabitz alternative with game-based learning?

Yes. Game Strategies offers 70+ courses built as video games that work as simulators, in which learners make decisions in realistic situations and get feedback on their behaviour.
