What Titan is about

The Wild Wolves basketball team is one step away from elimination. Their coach, Larry Nelson, nicknamed "Titan", does something plenty of leaders struggle with: he asks for help. And he asks none other than national team coach Amelia Sandoval.

With Amelia's support, Larry has to learn to recognize the signs of demotivation, understand what drives each player and take steps to get the team back to the top. On the court, just like in your office, keeping a team motivated starts with knowing each person.

As Larry learns, you get hands-on team motivation training: exercises that recreate real-life situations in a safe, stress-free environment, with personalized feedback and areas for improvement.

  • What can weaken or strengthen each motivational factor.
