What Inside is about
Inside is a documentary series that explores human relationships and offers ways to improve them. In this episode, host Ana takes you inside a company that wants to adopt measures to promote gender equality.
Your role is to help her look closely at what's going on: detect the stereotypes, biases and microaggressions that creep into everyday work, and find ways to overcome them so that equality becomes real and effective.
In just 30 minutes you practice in the game's simulators and get feedback with areas for improvement. It's a quick format to reach the whole workforce, for example as part of the awareness actions in your equality or compliance plan.

How long is Inside?
30 minutes. It's played online from any device with an internet connection, so it fits easily into everyone's schedule.
Does Inside make us compliant with gender equality rules?
No training can do that on its own: your obligations depend on where and how your company operates. Inside is gender equality training for employees that you can add to your compliance or equality program, so everyone understands why equality matters and how to act on it.
How is it different from Idem?
Idem is a longer experience built around Alejandro's story, for going deeper. Inside covers the same big themes (stereotypes, biases, microaggressions and action) in a 30-minute documentary-style format.
