What Echo is about
In Echo, you take on the role of a prestigious coach working with an important public figure who has a huge goal: implementing a global strategy to eliminate plastic from our oceans. No pressure.
Across three simulated coaching sessions, your job is to help your coachee define their objectives, analyze the reality of the situation, explore alternatives and design an action plan. There are obstacles and barriers along the way, and how you steer each conversation makes all the difference.
This is coaching skills training in action: you put your empathy, assertive communication and neutrality to the test, and practice the open-ended questions that build your coachee's self-awareness. Leave your mark on your coachee, and they'll leave theirs on the world.
