Tell your team you’re going to ask for them help to improve the team management:
- Meet separately with the team members in a one-to-one 30-minute interview, and ask them to answer the questions on the checklist below.
- Be responsible for filling out the questionnaire with their feedback.
- This exercise will give you relevant information about each member’s motivating factors and ideas about ways to reward them when it’s time to do it.
- Record this information somewhere you have easy access to.
