En novembre 2020, elle a organis\u00e9 quatre tables rondes en ligne dans diff\u00e9rentes langues. Ce fut l\u2019occasion pour les responsables du d\u00e9veloppement des talents d\u2019importantes entreprises de parler de leurs pr\u00e9occupations et des d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever en cette p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie mondiale de coronavirus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9fi de la \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle normalit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de la formation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de la table ronde qui a r\u00e9uni des experts en formation et en ressources humaines d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique latine, des repr\u00e9sentants de Bimbo, PepsiCo et Bayer ont expliqu\u00e9 comment ils ont adapt\u00e9 leurs processus de transformation digitale, sans compromettre les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;entreprise en p\u00e9riode de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les intervenants ont tous affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019ils furent imm\u00e9diatement confront\u00e9s aux d\u00e9fis de la \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle normalit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et qu\u2019ils ont par cons\u00e9quent d\u00fb s&rsquo;adapter rapidement au nouveau format.
