Ce sont l\u00e0 les propres mots d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 du laboratoire pharmaceutique Merck Sharp &amp; Dohme recueillis \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans le monde de la gamification. Entra\u00een\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer ses comp\u00e9tences de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 travers <a title=\"les serious games, le futur du e-learning\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/es\/recursos\/blog\/los-serious-games-son-el-futuro-del-e-learning\/\">un serious game <\/a>, il r\u00e9sumait ainsi son exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que chaque jour sont publi\u00e9es des dizaines d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes corroborant l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des jeux vid\u00e9o dans l&rsquo;acquisition de comp\u00e9tences, les cas de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences de gamification dans le secteur des entreprises prolif\u00e8rent.
