Pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, nous avons eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de montrer les avantages d&rsquo;utiliser les <strong>serious games dans la formation d&rsquo;entreprise<\/strong> au Next Generation Learning, un forum organis\u00e9 par iiR Espagne et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en RH.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai Apraiz, cofondatrice et Business Development Manager de Gamelearn, a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de mod\u00e9rer une conf\u00e9rence interactive sur l&rsquo;application du game-based learning comme solution d&rsquo;<strong>engagement<\/strong> de la formation d&rsquo;entreprise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 ce colloque ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 Scherezade Miletich, directrice D\u00e9veloppement de <strong>Fujitsu<\/strong> Espagne\u00a0; Daniel Ferreiro, responsable des RH de <strong>Sanitas<\/strong>\u00a0; et Yolanda Otero, responsable Formation Leadership et Gestion de la connaissance d&rsquo;<strong>AXA<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devant <strong>plus de 150 DRH<\/strong> et techniciens de formation des principales entreprises nationales, Mai Apraiz a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 comment le jeu vid\u00e9o est devenu l&rsquo;outil le plus efficace pour augmenter l&rsquo;engagement des employ\u00e9s dans la formation d&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14160\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14160\" style=\"width: 667px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14160\" src=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/talk-next-generation-learning-madrid.jpg\" alt=\"expos\u00e9 Next Generation Learning\" width=\"667\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14160\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Plus de 150 DRH et techniciens de formation ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;expos\u00e9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une solution capable de surmonter les principaux probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;autres mod\u00e8les de formation tels que l&rsquo;e-learning\u00a0: taux d&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de 25\u00a0%, manque de motivation, contenu ennuyeux&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, Mai Apraiz a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 comment Gamelearn a atteint un <strong>taux d&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de 92\u00a0%<\/strong> chez plus de 700 clients du monde entier, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;association des trois ingr\u00e9dients de notre recette\u00a0: contenus de qualit\u00e9 et approche pratique, un simulateur avanc\u00e9 pour pratiquer chaque comp\u00e9tence et des techniques de gamification pour augmenter la motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Une recette d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9e par trois clients qui nous ont accompagn\u00e9s et qui n&rsquo;ont pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 parler de leurs initiatives de formation. Lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation, elle a montr\u00e9 comment l&rsquo;entreprise a mis en place la formation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des jeux vid\u00e9o, au moyen de deux programmes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le premier, visant plus le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences transversales pour tout type de profil professionnel, comme la n\u00e9gociation et la productivit\u00e9 personnelle.
