Ainsi en a fait la preuve <a title=\"MSD Espa\u00f1a\" href=\"http:\/\/www.msd.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">la filiale espagnole de Merck Sharp &amp; Dohme<\/a> (MSD), l&rsquo;une des plus grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques internationales, qui est devenue en 2009 la <strong>premi\u00e8re entreprise du monde \u00e0 choisir un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;apprentissage bas\u00e9 sur les jeux vid\u00e9os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cinq ann\u00e9es de formation, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 leader en sant\u00e9 mondiale a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une initiative innovante et r\u00e9volutionnaire dans le domaine de la formation d&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0: l&rsquo;apprentissage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des simulateurs (game-based learning). Et cette initiative a directement jou\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats de MSD\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L&rsquo;entreprise a identifi\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de 25\u00a0% des comp\u00e9tences mises en \u0153uvre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 8\u00a0%<\/strong> chez les diff\u00e9rents profils form\u00e9s : cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, directeurs, responsables ou chefs d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, commerciaux et employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Depuis 2009, MSD a vu le <strong>co\u00fbt de formation par employ\u00e9 diminuer de 58\u00a0%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>taux de finalisation<\/strong> des cours a atteint <strong>98\u00a0%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Le niveau d&rsquo;applicabilit\u00e9 des contenus est de <strong>99\u00a0%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>La valorisation r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le service de formation et d\u00e9veloppement est de <strong>4,8 sur 5<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><center>Voir l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de cas MSD <i class=\"vc_btn3-icon fa fa-arrow-circle-o-right\"><\/i><\/center>C&rsquo;est ainsi que MSD est devenue l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8res entreprises \u00e0 utiliser cette m\u00e9thodologie pour un projet <strong>d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de plus de 5\u00a0ans et concernant 760\u00a0employ\u00e9s<\/strong>. Le mod\u00e8le, reposant sur l&rsquo;utilisation de cours sous la forme de jeux vid\u00e9o, a permis un apprentissage efficace de plus de 60\u00a0% du personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme \u00e9tait centr\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences non techniques par le biais de deux cours en simulateur\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a title=\"Serious Game de n\u00e9gociation\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/fr\/catalog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Serious Game de n\u00e9gociation Merchants<\/a> pour l&rsquo;apprentissage et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de comp\u00e9tences telles que <strong>la n\u00e9gociation, la communication et la r\u00e9solution des conflits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Serious Game de productivit\u00e9\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/fr\/catalog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Serious Game de productivit\u00e9 Triskelion<\/a> pour le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;<strong>un syst\u00e8me personnel d&rsquo;organisation efficace<\/strong>, via lequel sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es des comp\u00e9tences telles que la gestion du temps et des t\u00e2ches, ainsi que la productivit\u00e9 personnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;engagement<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;une de nos principales pr\u00e9occupations est l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;engagement de l&#8217;employ\u00e9 dans la formation et c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle nous avons d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 ce programme\u00a0\u00bb, assure Tanit Ruiz, responsable du service de formation et d\u00e9veloppement de MSD. Une pr\u00e9occupation qui a disparu apr\u00e8s <strong>l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de 6\u00a0% mesur\u00e9e dans le niveau de motivation<\/strong> des employ\u00e9s, selon la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate sur l&rsquo;ambiance au travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate montre \u00e9galement <strong>une am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;ambiance au travail de 6\u00a0%<\/strong> chez le personnel, par rapport aux enqu\u00eates pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Ce chiffre est une cons\u00e9quence directe de l&rsquo;une des comp\u00e9tences travaill\u00e9es dans le programme\u00a0: la conciliation de la vie professionnelle et sociale de l&#8217;employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>De nouvelles r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019ancien mod\u00e8le de formation qui voulait que les employ\u00e9s passent deux jours assis dans une salle de classe a eu sa raison d\u2019\u00eatre et son impact car \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent il est clair que cela ne marche pas \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Tanit Ruiz. La combinaison des crit\u00e8res d\u2019innovation et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019origine du choix de MSD en faveur de la m\u00e9thodologie de game-based learning. Un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l&rsquo;<a title=\"entreprise de gamification espagnole Gamelearn\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">entreprise de gamification espagnole Gamelearn<\/a>, qui m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la perfection des <strong>contenus de qualit\u00e9 et une approche pratique<\/strong>, un <strong>simulateur sophistiqu\u00e9<\/strong> et des <strong>techniques de gamification<\/strong> au sein d&rsquo;un seul et m\u00eame produit\u00a0: un cours sous la forme d&rsquo;un jeu vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sa ligne strat\u00e9gique et le choix du d\u00e9veloppement du talent en r\u00e9ponse aux d\u00e9fis du march\u00e9 ont amen\u00e9 MSD \u00e0 poursuivre le programme d&rsquo;apprentissage bas\u00e9 sur des jeux vid\u00e9o.
