Au cours de ces sessions, les participants ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences et des id\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7on d\u2019aborder l\u2019avenir de la formation en entreprise dans le contexte mondial actuel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Nouvelle normalit\u00e9 et nouveaux d\u00e9fis de la formation<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Comment adapter ma formation au format en ligne ?&nbsp;\u00bb Les repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019Iberdrola, d\u2019Iberostar Group et de Faes Farma ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette question, et bien d\u2019autres encore, lors de la table ronde \u00ab Comment surmonter les d\u00e9fis de formation d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui gr\u00e2ce au <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">game-based learning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ?&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Cette situation nous a fait faire des pas de g\u00e9ant vers la digitalisation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Hector Arto, responsable de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et des talents chez Iberdrola.
