{"id":126575,"date":"2016-04-21T09:21:50","date_gmt":"2016-04-21T07:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gamestrategies.io\/gamelearn-next-generation-learning-madrid\/"},"modified":"2024-11-01T17:10:33","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T16:10:33","slug":"gamelearn-next-generation-learning-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gamestrategies.io\/es\/blog\/gamelearn-next-generation-learning-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Gamelearn acude a la 9\u00aa edici\u00f3n del Next Generation Learning en Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En <strong>Gamelearn<\/strong> acudimos este <strong>26 de abril<\/strong> a la <a title=\"Next Generation Learning 2016\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iir.es\/Producto\/default.asp?IdProducto=5460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">9\u00aa edici\u00f3n del <strong>Next Generation Learning<\/strong> en Madrid<\/a>, un encuentro \u00fanico para conocer las \u00faltimas tendencias del sector de la formaci\u00f3n corporativa y establecer networking junto a m\u00e1s de 20 learning managers de prestigio.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra presencia en el Next Generation Learning 2016 nos permitir\u00e1 charlar y conocer a los directores de Recursos Humanos, directores de formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo y responsables de e-learning de multitud de empresas que estar\u00e1n presentes en este evento.<\/p>\n<p>Tres de ellas, <strong><a title=\"Fujitsu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fujitsu.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fujitsu<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a title=\"Axa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Axa<\/a><\/strong> y <strong><a title=\"Sanitas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sanitas.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sanitas<\/a><\/strong>, compartir\u00e1n el \u00e9xito de sus formaciones que pusieron en marcha tras confiar en la soluci\u00f3n innovadora de Gamelearn. <strong>Scherezade Miletich<\/strong>, directora del \u00e1rea de desarrollo de Fujitsu; <strong>Yolanda Otero<\/strong>, responsable de RRHH y Formaci\u00f3n en Axa; y <strong>Daniel Ferreiro<\/strong>, responsable de recursos humanos de Sanitas, apostaron por implementar los productos de game-based learning de nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda, y el resultado no ha podido ser m\u00e1s positivo para ambas corporaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Los tres directivos participar\u00e1n, junto a nuestro <a title=\"Ibrahim Jabary\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ibrahim_Jabary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CEO<strong> Ibrahim Jabary<\/strong><\/a>, en el panel de expertos de las 12:15, englobado bajo el lema: \u201c<em>Game-based learning, \u00bfel futuro del aprendizaje corporativo? C\u00f3mo conseguir aplicar el mecanismo del juego para propiciar el engagement y la mejora de competencias<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, los asistentes profundizar\u00e1n sobre las nuevas metodolog\u00edas de formaci\u00f3n. Gamelearn, Fujitsu, Axa y Sanitas pondr\u00e1n sobre la mesa cuestiones como \u00e9stas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cu\u00e1l est\u00e1 siendo la evoluci\u00f3n del juego como herramienta de aprendizaje.<\/li>\n<li>Por qu\u00e9 jugando se puede aprender.<\/li>\n<li>Cu\u00e1les son las \u00e1reas y aplicaciones que tiene el Game-based learning.<\/li>\n<li>Cu\u00e1l es la postura actual de las empresas ante los productos gamificados, as\u00ed como el futuro de estas innovadoras herramientas de desarrollo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En definitiva, son muchos los retos a los que se enfrentan los departamentos de formaci\u00f3n para gestionar el desarrollo y aprendizaje de plantillas en las que hoy en d\u00eda conviven hasta <strong>cuatro generaciones diferentes<\/strong> (las llamadas Baby Boomers y las Generaciones X, Y y Z).<\/p>\n<p>El Next Generation Learning que acoge la capital de Espa\u00f1a dar\u00e1 respuesta a las preguntas que planteen expertos y profesionales.
