Un <strong>buen gestor del tiempo<\/strong> decide, de forma totalmente consciente, qu\u00e9 es lo que hace y cu\u00e1ndo lo hace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si est\u00e1is viendo una serie de televisi\u00f3n porque al llegar a casa os hab\u00e9is tirado por inercia en el sof\u00e1 y hab\u00e9is hecho zapping hasta encontrar por casualidad la serie, entonces, es muy probable que no est\u00e9is gestionando bien vuestro tiempo. Si al llegar a casa, hab\u00e9is considerado las distintas alternativas y, despu\u00e9s de hacerlo, hab\u00e9is decidido conscientemente que ver la televisi\u00f3n es el mejor uso que pod\u00e9is hacer de vuestro tiempo, entonces podr\u00edais estar gestion\u00e1ndolo bien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si est\u00e1is leyendo una revista porque es la \u00fanica que ten\u00edan en la sala de espera, no est\u00e1is gestionando bien vuestro tiempo. Si est\u00e1is leyendo esa revista porque hab\u00e9is decidido conscientemente leerla, podr\u00edais estar gestionando bien tu tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si est\u00e1is en una reuni\u00f3n en la que no aport\u00e1is, s\u00f3lo porque os han invitado, no est\u00e1is gestionando bien vuestro tiempo.\u00a0Si decid\u00eds acudir a la reuni\u00f3n porque consider\u00e1is que es importante estar en ella, podr\u00edais estar gestionando bien vuestro tiempo. \u00bfY por qu\u00e9 decimos\u00a0\u00abpodr\u00edais\u00bb? Porque para poder admitir que est\u00e1is gestionando bien vuestro tiempo, adem\u00e1s de ser decisiones conscientes, deben ser <a title=\"tu tiempo no vale nada\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/es\/recursos\/blog\/tu-tiempo-no-vale-nada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decisiones correctas<\/a>. Un buen gestor del tiempo decide dedicar su tiempo a <strong>cosas importantes.<\/strong> \u00bfY cu\u00e1les son las cosas importantes? Pues aquellas que le ayudan a conseguir sus objetivos. Objetivos profesionales y tambi\u00e9n personales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si uno de vuestros <strong>objetivos<\/strong> es estar sano; salir a pasear, hacer deporte, descansar adecuadamente, realizar t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n&#8230; son actividades importantes. Si uno de vuestros objetivos es incrementar las ventas; llamar y visitar clientes son actividades importantes. Cualquier persona tendr\u00e1 objetivos relacionados con los distintos \u00e1mbitos de su vida: el familiar, el personal y el profesional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gestionar bien el tiempo no es sin\u00f3nimo de \u201cproducir\u201d cada hora del d\u00eda. <a title=\"\u00bfMultitarea?
