The key is to combine the tools we have at our disposal to improve knowledge retention without losing student motivation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/revistas.uned.es\/index.php\/ried\/article\/view\/20577\/18099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the 1990s,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> business training was associated with various combinations of texts and face-to-face examinations. However, the appearance of e-learning has offered a new option to encourage remote learning online. But is this the solution that HR experts and employees are looking for to boost their business results?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In search of the solution<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the advent of this promising format, many companies began to show interest in online training. But the results remained the same: <\/span><b>training was still boring for most professionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> because it continued to be limited to large amounts of text, images, and in some cases videos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversely, training that\u2019s effective stands out for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality content, applicable to our daily lives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Variety of innovative formats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simulations of real-life situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gamification elements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For all this, even though <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/en\/resources\/blog\/traditional-e-learning-an-endangered-species\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">traditional e-learning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seemed to be the solution, it remained ineffective. Ultimately, neither employees nor managers were getting the training results they wanted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the search for more effective formats, we find the answers of more than 1,000 HR and L&amp;D professionals in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.game-learn.com\/2021\/report\/en?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=2021--Anual--Contenido--EN--Report--organic.search.engines&amp;utm_term=Post-4&amp;utm_content=ct-text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> &#8216;Contradictions of Corporate Training 2021\u2019. 52% of them believe that simulations of real-life situations would improve their online courses\u2019 efficiency and attractiveness to employees.
