{"id":132792,"date":"2016-04-21T09:24:18","date_gmt":"2016-04-21T07:24:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gamestrategies.io\/blog\/gamelearn-attending-edition-next-generation-learning-madrid\/"},"modified":"2024-11-01T17:16:01","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T16:16:01","slug":"gamelearn-attending-edition-next-generation-learning-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gamestrategies.io\/en\/blog\/gamelearn-attending-edition-next-generation-learning-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Gamelearn attending the 9th edition of Next Generation Learning in Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Gamelearn, we are attending, this next <strong>April 26th<\/strong>, the <a title=\"Next Generation Learning 2016\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iir.es\/Producto\/default.asp?IdProducto=5460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">9th edition of <strong>Next Generation Learning<\/strong><\/a> in <strong>Madrid<\/strong>, a unique meeting point for the latest trends in the corporate training sector and an ideal setting to establish networking with more than 20 prestigious learning managers.<\/p>\n<p>Our presence in Next Generation Learning 2016 will allow us to chat with and meet HR managers, Training and Development managers and e-learning professionals from the many companies which will be present at this event.<\/p>\n<p>Three of them, <strong><a title=\"Fujitsu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fujitsu.com\/global\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fujitsu<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a title=\"Axa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AXA<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and <strong><a title=\"Sanitas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sanitas.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sanitas<\/a><\/strong>, will share the success of their training, launched after relying on the innovative solution provided by Gamelearn. <strong>Scheherazade Miletich<\/strong>, director of the development area in Fujitsu; <strong>Yolanda Otero<\/strong>, HR Training &amp; Development manager in Axa; and <strong>Daniel Ferreiro<\/strong>, HR manager in Sanitas, decided to implement the game-based learning products developed by our company, and the result could not have been any more positive for those\u00a0corporations.<\/p>\n<p>The three\u00a0managers will take part, together with our CEO<strong> Ibrahim Jabary<\/strong>, in the panel of experts at 12:15, grouped under the slogan: &#8220;<em>Game-based learning, the future of corporate learning? How to apply game mechanics to encourage engagement and improve skills<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During the session, attendees will deepen on new methodologies. <strong><a title=\"Soft Skills Training Through Video Games\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gamelearn<\/a><\/strong>,<strong> Fujitsu<\/strong>,<strong> AXA\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong> Sanitas<\/strong> will bring to the table questions such as these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How is the game evolving as a learning tool?<\/li>\n<li>Why is it possible to learn while playing?<\/li>\n<li>What are the areas and applications of Game-based learning?<\/li>\n<li>What is the current position of companies with respect to gamified products? Also, what is the future of these innovative development tools?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In short, there are many challenges faced by training departments in order to manage the development and learning of workforces, which nowadays are composed of up to<strong> four different generations<\/strong> (the so-called Baby Boomers and Generations X, Y and Z).<\/p>\n<p>The Next Generation Learning, held in the capital of Spain, will answer the questions raised by experts and professionals.
