Media Group<\/strong><\/a>, which has chosen the <strong>one hundred best companies in 2015<\/strong> committed to innovation and learning for the training of their employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong><a title=\"California State BOE\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.ca.gov\/?utm_source=social_wp_en&amp;utm_medium=social_wp_en&amp;utm_campaign=100-learning-awards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">California State BOE<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>has been one of the 40 public sector companies included in the <strong>100 top learning organizations for 2015<\/strong>, along with 60 other corporations like Google, Chrysler, Bayer, IBM or the Gates Foundation. The reason: the launch of the training program <strong>Merchants<\/strong>, the simulator developed by <strong>Gamelearn<\/strong> for the training of negotiation and conflict resolution skills.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">California chooses Gamelearn<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main function of the <strong>California State Board of Equalization<\/strong> is to administer California State\u2019s taxes in various offices throughout the state. Those responsible for development identified the need to train their officials to improve their <strong>communication and negotiation skills<\/strong> in order to interact with taxpayers. The best solution that <strong>Mark Walker<\/strong>, training manager of the Agency, found was <a title=\"negotiation and conflict resolution online course\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/en\/catalog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Merchants<\/strong>. The course-video game by Gamelearn<\/a> offered him an innovative formula that guaranteed results for the company and growth for his team. The use of this gamified tool, developed by <a title=\"train your skills playing video games\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gamelearn<\/strong> <\/a>&#8211; world leader in <strong>serious games<\/strong> for corporate training &#8211; has been, in the words of Walker, a &#8220;different training method&#8221; with the help of which students were able to &#8220;process&#8221; and &#8220;store&#8221; information in a fun and &#8220;effective&#8221; way.
