The most important social network when looking for candidates is <strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> (42%), followed by <strong>Facebook<\/strong> (40%) <strong>Google+<\/strong> (15%) and <strong>Twitter<\/strong> (2%).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Why we must work on soft skills<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What is the difference between <a title=\"You have to work on soft skills!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.game-learn.com\/en\/resources\/blog\/soft-skills-you-have-to-work-on\/\">&#8220;<strong>soft<\/strong>&#8221; skills<\/a> and &#8220;<strong>technical<\/strong>&#8221; or hard skills? By contrast, soft skills are the ability to adapt to change, to evolve. The more habitual changes are in a business, the more soft skills will be valued.
